Life of Yoga

At life of lessons we encourage movement, flow and connection with your inner being. We use the breath and movement through yoga and exercise, as a tool to open the inner workings, and support the fusion of the internal and external worlds. We believe that everyone should have a place where they can feel comfortable to explore and practise movement without judgement, and enjoy the practise.

We have been practising yoga for over 12 years and teaching for over 7 years, specialising in breath-work and mind yoga. We are passionate to share with you, the benefits we have had from increased energy and flexibility, to awareness and calmness in life. We’d be honoured for you to come on this journey with us and explore movement, breath and mind with Life of Lessons.

We offer yoga sessions in specialist areas for sleep, relaxation, weight loss and breath-work. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs and if you have any questions at all please do not hesitate to get into contact with us.
