Meditation also known as dhyana in Sanskrit, is one of the eight limbs of yoga. It is a practice of deep inner awareness, focus and connection to oneself. We believe that this is a beautiful tool to support each individual on their journey in life. The benefits of practising meditation are many, some of which include: improved sleep, relaxation, decreased stress, peace, reconnection to your inner higher self.
We have an offer for a meditation series which start in July 2026. Each session is set with an intention, and you will be guided through the meditation which will encompass affirmations, breathwork and a deep focus internally.
