Welcome to Life of Lessons Breath work techniques.  

The breath is the first and most important aspect of life. It is with the initial breath at birth that our bodies became self-sufficient and it is with this breath that is with us throughout our lives. Breathing is an activity which we don’t have to think about, it happens automatically. However for many, due to years of stress, tension, incorrect posture, lack of movement/exercise, our breathing muscles and techniques can fall out of balance. At Life of Lessons, we guide our clients to discovering the power of their breath, techniques to guide the breath to instil calmness, deep peace and relaxation. These practices have been done for thousands of years and have been shown to provide many benefits such as:
